As a junior manager/manager RA, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading your own audit engagements. You will have the opportunity to manage a diverse team and work closely with your clients to understand their information needs and provide high quality solutions. You will play a key role in maintaining our firm’s quality standards and contribute to the growth and development of both the team and client portfolio.
✓ A completed degree in accountancy (RA/AA is a plus).
✓ Extensive experience in accounting, preferably with managerial responsibilities.
✓ Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
✓ A proactive and results-oriented attitude.
✓ Experience working with a variety of clients, both domestic and international, is a plus.
✓ Flexible, stress-resistant and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
