As of January 2026, I started as a Partner at The Audit Company. After almost ten years of experience at a Big 4 firm and over five years of experience at a smaller firm, I was ready for a new challenge. I found it at The Audit Company; a firm where I can not only build my own client portfolio, but also actively participate in strategic choices, something I have always aspired to.
What immediately appealed to me was the open and accessible culture. During my first meeting with Dirk Beck and Edward van Vught, I noticed how important the people and atmosphere within the organization are. From communal lunches and coffee mornings to fun (foreign) outings, there is a lot of attention for connection. I am already looking forward to the winter sports trip in March!
The personal character of The Audit Company suits me well. The intensive collaboration and the space to coach and grow colleagues fits perfectly with my passion for development and guidance, something I’ve had a lot of experience with in previous roles. In addition, the client portfolio is diverse, including international group audits. This makes the work varied and offers great travel opportunities.
